We loved every aspect of our stay from the location to the exceptional hospitality of the staff. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was outstanding. I must admit that the location was pretty good, with easy access to some key spots in the city. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the fact that the rooms were sparkling clean. the staff was quite welcoming and attended to most of our needs in a timely manner.

Our Christmas stay was not as great as we expected it to be. the hotel didn't offer any special activities or events to celebrate the holiday and the overall ambiance was pretty low, key.

The hotel has a great location, it's conveniently located near restaurants and shops. Rooms are spacious and kept spotless, with well, maintained bathrooms. the staff is friendly and provides exceptional service, going out of their way to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. Breakfast is great, fresh and tasty. Guests can enjoy various activities, including karaoke and casino, for a fun, filled stay.

The hotel could improve the non, vegetarian food options, as it sometimes requires ordering in advance.
